Digital Banking Manager REQ#4464

Full Time at Citizens First Bank

 Plans, directs, and manages the daily operations of the bank’s Digital Banking products which includes the management and administration of retail mobile banking application, retail online banking platform, business banking platform including ACH originations, online wire origination, and business mobile banking. This position is responsible for establishing departmental policies and procedures and working with various vendors in project management and consulting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages all digital banking products that interface with customers of the Bank

Researches and implements strategic solutions for digital banking

Oversees staff responsible for assisting customers with technical questions about products

Resolves complex problems related to the technology that is available to customers

Manages updates to existing digital banking products

Researches and develops new products that provide innovative solutions for customers.

Serves as project manager for implementing new services and features related to customer technology

Position specific compliance and other trainings as required

 Minimum: Associates degree in related studies plus prior experience managing two or more staff in an information technology environment, and policy and procedure writing plus five years of experience in retail or commercial banking. Must have excellent customer service, people management, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office, Windows 7 and/or Windows 10.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related studies and 3+ years of supervisory experience within a bank. Prior experience in a technical project management capacity.
