Claims & Concierges Service Advisor REQ#4460

Full Time at The Villages Insurance

The claims and customer service advisor will assist personal lines clients.  Their general functions include first response on claims and follow up, answering policy questions and data entry.  Focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Sagitta and Image Right knowledge preferred. In depth knowledge of coverage, forms and broad personal lines knowledge base required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

File claims online and over the phone

Talk to clients on the phone answering general insurance questions

Ability to assist in processing online payments

Research and respond to company underwriting memos.

Return mail processing

Generate endorsement requests and cancellation forms.

Sagitta and Image Right entry with attention to detail.  Accurate documentation of all activities and phone calls is required

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Sagitta and Image Right  experience preferred

Must have a 4-40 license with at least 3 years direct customer service experience or a 20-44 or 2-20 license.

Excellent verbal and written communication required.
