Full Time at Citizens First Bank

Manage a portfolio of assigned credits by developing strategies to maximize yield based on accepted calculated risks. Develop credit underwriting analysis reports for very large corporate credits. Develop and refine policy standards and risk analysis techniques to provide deep insights into an assigned portfolio of credits.


Researches, gathers, and analyzes complex sets of information and data related to large corporate borrowers and develops sound interpretations of the data

Provides recurring and ad hoc risk metrics and reporting for a portfolio of credits

Performs regular reviews and monitors the financial and business health of an assigned portfolio of credits

Develops relationships with correspondent Banks to ensure priority deal flow

Recommends credit transactions that meet policy requirements for approval

Prepares credit approval packages for review by Senior Management and/or Board of Directors

Presents credit packages to Bank management

Provides recommendations for continuous improvement of policies and processes

Maintains electronic credit files for a portfolio of credits

Mentors and coaches credit analysts

Position specific compliance and other trainings as required

Education and Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in business-related or finance field or equivalent experience required and three to five years of experience working with mid-market or large corporate credit transactions such as leverage or syndicated loans. Must have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints and have the ability to learn quickly and comprehend business concepts related to credit and balance sheet risk. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently. Must have strong verbal, written and public speaking and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate complex information in an articulate manner. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
