Full Time at The Villages Health

A Non-Exempt position responsible for assisting in the building of a world-class marketing and sales department focused on promoting and spreading the word of our exemplary care model, while recruiting new patients to our primary and specialty care centers. The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating new programs from the ground up. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Attend weekly meetings and provide ideas. Take notes and organize action items.

Maintain minor copy edits on websites and landing pages. 

Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, like email, digital, social, print, direct mail, video, etc.

Publish approved social media posts to Facebook. 

Monitor and maintain integrity on local listings, such as Google. 

Create and track phone numbers, UTM codes and other tracking mechanisms. 

Monitor daily weekly and monthly new patient lead and campaign activity.

Prepare reports when needed. 

Provide ongoing support to the marketing executive. 


2-3 years in marketing management or marketing assistant role

Experience in healthcare strongly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Experience using content management systems, email marketing platforms and other marketing tools

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field

Proactive, positive, can-do attitude .
