Represent Citizens First Bank by providing extreme, plus 1 customer service to both internal and external customers in an efficient and friendly manner either face to face or by telephone. Display a positive demeanor, smile, call the customer by name and thank them for their business.


Process dispute and fraud files for customers and merchants. Responsible for investigating fraud and collection card losses.

Monitor Fraud Watch and Falcon Alerts for potential fraud. Verify daily debit card transactions for potential fraud.

Assist with department audits as necessary. Research and resolve problems that arise within the department.


Minimum of 4 years overall banking experience; detail oriented.  Proficient in Excel and Word.
