Primary Function:


Responsible for handling incoming phone calls from both internal and external customers in a Call Center Environment. Assisting customers with their Online Banking and Business eBanking inquires or requests. Supporting customers by providing support and solutions involving different operating systems, their browsers and the various mobile devices.
