Primary Function:

Responsible for the collection and verification of account documents.  Responsible for handling incoming calls and ability to resolve problems, answer questions or route calls to appropriate individuals.

Essential Roles/Responsibilities as follows:

· Resolve routine customer inquiries/issues to the customer’s expectations while adhering to bank policy, procedure and government regulations.

· Assist customers with questions on statements including rates, balances, fees, etc.

· Process customer’s requests such as address change, stop payments and account research.

· Assist customers with debit card questions.  Assist staff members with debit card issuance and maintenance.

· Answer staff member’s complex questions regarding account documentation and processes to include all documentation such as trusts, power of attorney’s and the like.

· Audit work completed by branch staff to verify accuracy and promote accountability. 

· Must possess the ability to handle multiple transactions/requests simultaneously.

In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.  Proficient in keyboarding and use of computer.  Two years of work experience opening and servicing accounts in a bank environment.  Knowledge of:  Microsoft software, strong math skills, letter composition with ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers, knowledge of various legal documents such as– Trusts, POA, Letters of Administration and assist staff member’s with questions regarding these legal documents.  Knowledge of Bank Operations and policies/procedures.
